Refund policy

Fourteen days to change your mind, a refund to the original payment method, and return costs covered when the mistake is ours. This page details how the right of withdrawal and the warranties set out in the terms of sale are applied.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of the last item of your order to notify us of a return (art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), then a further 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original condition with tags attached. Trying on is of course fine: you are only liable for diminished value beyond what is needed to assess the item.

Process

1. Write to [email protected] with your order number (the withdrawal form in the terms of sale may be used). 2. We confirm the return address. 3. Send the parcel back using a tracked service: it remains your responsibility until received.

Refund

Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal, to the original payment method and free of charge; they may be deferred until the item is received or proof of shipment is provided (art. L.221-24).

The refund covers the item price and the original delivery costs at the standard rate. Return costs remain yours, except for non-conforming items or a shipping error on our side, in which case we cover them.

Exchanges

A size exchange is possible under the same conditions and deadlines, subject to stock: state the size you want in your message. If the size is no longer available, the order is refunded.

Defective or non-conforming items

If an item is faulty, send a photo to [email protected] with your order number. We cover return costs and, at your choice and under the legal warranties (art. L.217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code), replace or refund it. These warranties apply independently of the withdrawal period.

Exclusions

Items made to order or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. L.221-28): where that applies, it is stated on the product page before ordering.
