Shipping policy
Every order ships from Paris. This page covers processing, delivery times, tracking and what happens when a parcel goes missing: it forms part of the terms of sale.
Processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 working days of payment. Drops and pre-orders may have a specific lead time, stated on the product page before you order.
Times and zones

Exact costs are calculated at checkout based on address and weight. Where no time is stated, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the order (art. L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code).
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel ships. Tracking is available directly on the carrier's site.
Incorrect address
Check your address before confirming: a parcel returned for an incomplete or incorrect address is reshipped at the recipient's expense. If you spot a mistake right after ordering, write immediately to [email protected]: as long as the parcel has not left, the address can be corrected.
Lost or damaged parcels
Report it to [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number (and photos if the parcel arrived damaged). We open a claim with the carrier and reship or refund depending on the outcome. If a parcel is visibly damaged on delivery, note reservations with the courier or refuse the parcel.
Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price paid on the site.
