Two years of PUTSCH, to the day

On 14 August 2024, the Opening XXL filled Nexus, in Pantin. On the poster, a question: if the revolution had a soundtrack, would it not be techno? Two years later to the day, we are putting this site online. So we counted.

Eleven nights

Eleven nights on the clock, and no two alike. The Frozen Rave of November 2024 in Saint-Denis. Noisy-le-Sec in January. The Warehouse Edition of March 2025, with a Paul Seul frapcore set we are not about to forget. Nexus in May, Maissouille and JKLL at the top. Then the anniversary, in August 2025: a thirteen-hour marathon, day and night, to blow out the first candle.

Year two widened the field: a season opener with DIKKE BAAP and Paul Seul, a Rave For Solidarity in Rouen where five collectives played for one cause, a Halloween with Onyxiom in Issy, December in Saint-Denis with DRS and Jur Terreur, and Furyan at NOCT in April, our first co-signature with the Pantin club.

The through line has not moved: warehouse nights across the whole hard spectrum, from techno to hardcore, and bills where the regulars stand next to names nobody expected.

Four branches, one direction

What started with a borrowed sound system has become a structure with four branches: the events, the booking agency living on putsch.agency, creative marketing, and the clothing whose every euro of profit goes back into production. Four trades, one direction: the sound, the image and the night all tell the same story.

And one rule that is not up for negotiation: the safer space charter as a condition of entry, an identifiable team from the first kick to the last.

Year three

This site is our new address: the dates, the shop, the journal, in thirty-eight languages, depending on no social network. It opens on our second birthday, and that is no accident: we build to last.

For what comes next, we are looking for what we have always looked for: venues that can hold a whole night, fresh ears, and artists we have not heard yet. If you are one of the three, write to us. Year three starts now.
