PUTSCH clothing: built for the rave, made for the night
Where nightlife, sportswear and underground culture meet.
We didn't start a clothing line to sell merch. We started it because none of the t-shirts we owned survived a full night.
The brief
Rave clothing has constraints streetwear ignores. It has to take eight hours of sweat without turning into a sponge. It has to stay legible in a room lit by strobes. It has to go through the wash the next day and come out intact.
Hence the choices: breathable mesh instead of heavy cotton on summer tops, a straight cut that doesn't cling, high-contrast two-colour screen printing instead of photo prints that vanish in the dark.
What it funds
Every euro of merch profit goes into producing the events. That isn't a slogan, it's what lets us book an artist nobody has heard of without asking a sponsor's opinion.
When you buy a jersey, you're paying for part of the sound system at the next night. That's the deal, and it's a simple one.
What's next
The hoodie arrives in 400 gsm fleece. The cap goes back into production. We're working on a windbreaker, the real problem is finding a fabric that breathes without making noise when you move.
Everything is produced in small runs. When it's gone, it's gone.
