These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of merchandise (clothing and accessories) from the website putsch.org (the “Site”), operated by PUTSCH ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order through our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, discontinue any item at any time, and make changes to product descriptions and pricing without notice.
We aim to display products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that the colors, sizing, or other details will be exactly as shown on your screen.
2. ORDERS
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraud.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only once your order is shipped.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are your responsibility.
We use Shopify’s secure checkout system. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us (or Shopify) to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship via third-party logistics partners using a dropshipping model. Estimated delivery times and shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking shows delivery has been completed.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please check our Refund Policy for more details.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PUTSCH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Site or any purchased product.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
